In accordance with the provisions of the Localism Act 2011, at its meeting of Friday 1st June 2012 Hutton Cranswick Parish Council resolved to adopt a new Code of Conduct which sets out the behaviour expected of members of the council.
This Code of Conduct will apply to members/co-opted members of Hutton Cranswick Parish Council when acting as such from 1st July 2012.
The Code will be slightly revised to take into account the subsequent publication of Regulations by the Secretary of State for the Department for Communities and Local Government.
